Behind the Panama Papers: how I burnt out and how you can prevent it

Remember the Panama Papers? Mar Cabra, the former head of data at the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, will tell you about a side of the story you probably didn't hear about yet: the effects on the mental health of its team members. She will join us to share how she burnt out after winning the Pulitzer prize and what journalists can do to avoid the same happening to them. In a very practical talk, she will build on her experience teaching thousands of journalists with her nonprofit, The Self-Investigation, which promotes mental health and wellbeing in the media.
