Online harassment shouldn't come with the job, but for too many journalists today, it does. This interactive workshop empowers you with the awareness, tools, and confidence to protect yourself and your team.

Through practical strategies and open discussion, you’ll learn how to recognise threats, respond effectively, and safeguard your mental well-being. Whether you're facing harassment yourself or supporting colleagues, this session will help you feel more prepared, resilient, and connected.
